How much is your shipping fee?
For orders placed on our site, shipping costs are charged according to the product designation. This amount is reflected on your invoice during the ordering process. Cargo amount is seen as product detail while shopping. If there are cargo campaigns, this will appear in your basket and will be sent with free shipping. In addition, cargo campaigns are announced on the main page of our site.
When will my cargo arrive?
All of our products are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Depending on the city you are in, your order will be delivered to your address within 1 – 7 days. You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab by logging into your account. After your order is delivered to the cargo, in the "My Orders" tab, "Where is my cargo?" You can find out what stage your order is at from the link.
What time will my product be delivered?
It is sent to the delivery address you have specified for delivery within the working hours of 09:00 – 18:00 (weekdays and Saturdays) with the courier companies determined during your order.
Is delivery available on public holidays?
No deliveries are made on public holidays.
My order came when I was not at my address.
The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you cannot be found at your address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us. Please contact us or the courier company for different delivery conditions.
Why do you send the invoice on the package?
It is obligatory to send the invoice or waybill on the package with your order. All cargoes are sent with waybill or invoice. If customers want cargo or gift packages that do not have a price on them, they have to call the call center and report this situation. In such a case, the invoice is sent to a different address in a separate envelope.
